Serious effects reported
- Depression, particularly in people with a personal or family history of depression
- Parkinson-like (extrapyramidal) symptoms, particularly in older people

- Weakness, dry mouth, muscle aches, skin rash

Warnings & Precautions
Do not use
- If allergic to flunarizine or any other ingredient
- With a history of depressive illness
- With Parkinson's disease or other movement (extrapyramidal) disorders
Take special care
- Regular review for movement symptoms, depression and increasing tiredness; treatment should stop if they appear
- Caution in liver impairment
- Flunarizine stays in the body for a long time (half-life about 19 days)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Use in pregnancy only if the benefit outweighs the risk
- Breastfeeding is not advised

- Do not drive or operate machinery after taking Frogran (pack label)
Interactions
